Digital Products 

All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the nature of instant access, refunds are not available once a product has been purchased.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at contiquestudio@gmail.com and we will make sure you receive your product.

Content Retainers 

Retainer and subscription services are billed in advance.

As these involve reserving time and resources, refunds are not available once a billing period has started.

You may cancel future renewals at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
