Refund policy

At Contique Studio, we aim to deliver high-quality content, branding, and digital tools that create value for your business. Because our offerings include both digital products and tailored services, our refund policy differs depending on the type of purchase:

Digital Products 

All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the nature of instant access, refunds are not available once a product has been purchased.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at info@contiquestudio.com and we will make sure you receive your product.

Content Retainers 

Retainer and subscription services are billed in advance.

As these involve reserving time and resources, refunds are not available once a billing period has started.

You may cancel future renewals at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Branding Services (e.g. Brand Starter Kit, custom branding projects)

Branding services are one-time, tailored projects.

Refunds are not available once work has commenced, as research and creative development begin immediately after onboarding.

If you wish to cancel before work has started, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

Executive Ghostwriting

Ghostwriting services are highly customized and billed per project.

Refunds are not available after drafting has begun.

We include one round of revisions in each project to ensure quality and alignment with your voice.
